Product Representation

We make every effort to present our artworks as realistically and accurately as possible.

Colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from those of the finished product. The materials and production processes used may also result in minor variations in colour, contrast, surface texture, positioning and finish.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the agreement.

The content of this website is intended to provide information about Sirious Art, our artworks and our services.

To the extent permitted by law, Sirious Art excludes or limits liability for damage arising from the use or temporary unavailability of this website.

Production & Shipping Partners

We work with professional external partners to produce and ship our artworks.

Production and delivery times may sometimes be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to Sirious Art.

All content on this website, including illustrations, artworks, designs, texts, photographs, images, logos and graphic elements, is owned by Sirious Art or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

Without prior written permission from Sirious Art, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially, in whole or in part, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a physical artwork or other product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights to the buyer.

Prices & Availability

We make every effort to display prices and product information accurately. Sirious Art reserves the right to change prices, products and product information for future orders.

Sirious Art participates in the Dutch small businesses VAT exemption scheme (KOR). No VAT is charged on orders covered by this exemption.

Orders shipped from the European Union to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees, depending on the destination and order value.

Unless included at checkout or expressly agreed otherwise, any charges payable by the recipient are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are separate from shipping costs, so free shipping does not include them.

Where Sirious Art is legally required to collect taxes at checkout, these will be included in the total shown before you complete your purchase.

If an obvious pricing, typographical or data entry error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order further.
